Luis D. Torres
Luis Torres is the Executive Director at The Mix at Arbor Place. Mr. Torres has worked at The Mix since August 2014. He is a 1991 graduate of J.P. McCaskey and attended Millersville University. Mr. Torres is a past recipient of the Essence of Humanity Award for his work in the Lancaster community and lives with his family in Smoketown, PA.
Director of Development
Christine Dombrosky started at The Mix at Arbor Place in November 2014. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Cabrini College and brings over 17 years of non-profit fundraising experience to The Mix. Christine enjoys shopping, Dewey Beach, spending time with friends and family, and attending sporting events with her fiancé, Randy. Her greatest joy is her son Gavin who she loves spending time with and looks forward to his Saturday morning soccer games! Christine lives in Lancaster with Randy, Gavin and their cats; Shadow, Mittens, and Bo.
Ty Gant holds an Associate’s degree from Consolidated School of Business and is currently enrolled at Eastern University in a dual Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Mr. Gant lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with his family and is the facilitator for ‘We Rock the Mic’, The Mix at Arbor Place’s spoken word poetry program.
Shannon Windle has been with The Mix At Arbor Place since June 2012. After receiving her associate’s degree in Human Services from Elizabethtown College in the spring of 2016, Shannon will continue her education at Liberty University where she will major in Christian Leadership & Management with a minor in Special Education. When not at The Mix or studying, Shannon can be found choreographing for local productions, writing or spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Evening Program Coordinator
Mr. Joe is The Mix's jack of all trades. An accomplished musician and photographer, Joe is behind many of the visuals at The Mix. He oversees evening programming at The Mix and is usually found taking artsy pictures of coffee or shopping at the outlets when not at The Mix. Joe is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
Dexter is a mainstay at The Mix. He started as a Mix student and came on as a staff member in 2008. He loves the Pittsburgh Steelers and is always cooking up something tasty at The Mix.
Ellie Kiger came to The Mix through The Shalom Project, a non-profit program that matches recent college graduates with work in thriving Lancaster organizations. She holds a bachelors degree in International Studies from Millersville University and has worked as a tutor and educator for the past four years, which includes time spent teaching abroad in China, India and Laos. Ellie has a reputation for reading while walking, drinking too much coffee and tracking down street art.
Balancing the Scales Program Coordinator
Kyonna Bowman joined The Mix at Arbor Place in February 2016. She holds an Associates Degree in Business and is also a Certified Christian Life Coach. She lives in Lancaster with her husband Kenny, and they enjoy supporting their two sons in their academic and sporting activities. Kyonna and her family are also very actively involved in their church, Family Life Community Church.
Scratch 2 Success Coordinator
Amy Mitchell has worked at The Mix at Arbor Place since 2014 and is currently completing her degree in Psychology at Millersville University. She loves dogs, carnivals, and learning about human behavior.
Visual Arts Facilitator
Sandra Granthon-Roman joined The Mix at Arbor Place in September 2016. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Integrative Arts with Minors in Architectural History and Sociology from Penn State University. Sandra brings over 15 years of experience working with children and youth in Lancaster County to The Mix. Sandra lives in Millersville with her husband Alexis and their two Pit Bulls, Nani and Lola. Their greatest JOY comes from serving others through their church membership at Restoration In Christ Church in Mount Joy and through their family owned upholstery business named ALCHEMY. They consider it a privilege and honor to nurture and encourage the future generation of Changemakers.
