Who Is Eligible?

Businesses authorized to do business in Pennsylvania who are subject to one or more of the following taxes:
Corporate Net Income Tax
-Capital Stock Franchise Tax
-Bank and Trust Company Shares Tax
-Title Insurance Companies Shares Tax
-Insurance Premiums Tax
-Mutual Thrift Institution Tax
-Insurance Company Law of 1921
-Personal Income Tax of S corporation shareholders or Partnership partners

Steps To Apply

#1. Submit Your Application by July 1 to the DCED

Download the application. Whether your business is a new or renewing EITC applicant, be aware that the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) allocates credits on a first-come, first-serve basis. Businesses first in line with their application and allocation requests will be able to contribute to their chosen educational program. Arbor Place qualifies under the Educational Improvement Organization(EIO) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) sections of the program.

#2. Submit Your Donation to The Mix at Arbor Place

When you receive your approval from the DCED, send your payment via mail to the following address:

Please indicate EITC – Educational Improvement Organization – or EITC-OSTC- on your check payment.

#3. Save Acknowledgement Letter

You will receive an acknowledgement letter from The Mix at Arbor Place verifying your contribution. Save this letter to submit when you file your taxes.
